Our Story
Every great structure, and every great dream, begins with a spark.
SPARKitect™ was born from that very moment — a spark of realization that dreams don’t just happen by chance; they’re built by design.
Our founder, Suzanne M. Saunders-O’Herron, M.Ed., has spent many years helping individuals, parents, couples, hopeful entrepreneurs, fledgling leaders, and small businesses/non-profits turn chaos into clarity. Through her vast work history in many different fields, as well as, leadership, education, and organizational transformation, she witnessed a powerful truth: most people don’t fail because they lack vision — they struggle because they lack a blueprint to bring it to life.
After working for an incredible leader herself, who showed her that victories start with visions, she felt more empowered than ever to start a company that paves the way for individuals, especially, to make those vision-based victories happen. This incredible leader showed Suzanne that both personally and professionally, a single spark can transform any belief or dream into a fully developed and realized vision.
That realization ignited the creation of The SPARKitect™, a program under Eximius Consulting, Design & Events, designed to blend the art of creativity with the science of strategy — empowering people to architect their dreams into reality.

Suzanne M. Saunders-O’Herron has a passion for helping others achieve their dreams. She aims to be a visionary architect of transformation. As the Founder and CEO of Eximius Consulting, Design & Events and creator of the SPARKitect™, Suzanne is continuing to work hard to become a guiding light for those ready to design their futures with purpose, passion, and precision.
A best-selling author, advocate, educator, talent development specialist, and strategist, Suzanne is learning that, both professionally and personally, she stands at the intersection of human potential and structural brilliance. With years of experience across leadership development, organizational growth, behavioral health, and creative design, she has helped countless individuals move from vision to victory — transforming ideas into executable blueprints that align heart, strategy, and impact.
Her journey is rooted in resilience and reinvention. Having navigated both professional and personal challenges, Suzanne is working hard to master the art of rebuilding — not just systems, but souls. Her life’s work aims to be proof that when purpose meets planning, miracles become measurable.
